Professional Life
My professional life started when I was 8; my 12-yr old brother and I started “D&S Odd Jobs for Hire,” a neighborhood lawn-mowing business with the occasional bit of (brutal) weed-pulling and (simple) house-sitting. Working a restaurant job in college allowed me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Math, I spent a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA, coached soccer, tutored, worked for one of the largest healthcare software companies in the world, and became a university math instructor. I’m currently enjoying life as a licensed REALTOR®, trivia host, event emcee, and teaching Stage Confidence classes and workshops. Occasionally you can find me on stage or showing up on your TV or computer screen.
Personal Life
I’m a Bozeman, Montana native, and my favorite thing to do is go for a bike ride or walk with my dog…it’s even better when my wife joins us, and it can go either way when either or both of my 2 amazing step-kids decide to join. I love improvising, both on stage and in life, and I believe the way of improv could save the world. Favorite volunteer activities include CAP mentoring with Thrive, being a Befriender, and helping out at Fork & Spoon.
